As our dedicated onsite concierge, Micol Pietrosemoli is your personal point-of-contact for all that’s happening at Terraces. Five days a week, Micol manages the daily flurry of activity at our beautiful community. From parcel delivery management, guest registration, and service coordination to arranging errands or assisting with reservations, Micol is here to make your life Beyond Compare.

EQUINOX
As a new Terraces homeowner, you’ll receive a year paid membership to the Equinox in Pasadena. In addition to the standard membership offerings, each homeowner will also enjoy:
- 1 Equifit session
- 1 twenty-five minute massage
- 3 one-hour personal training sessions
- 1 private pilates class
- 5 kids club sessions
*Offer only covers 2 homeowners per household. Any additional owners will be offered the same discounted rate of $147 per month, not to be paid by ETCO Homes. After their initial 1-year membership expires, homeowners will be able to maintain the discounted monthly rate of $147 per month.
AVEDA
As part of a special “welcome package”, Bakos Aveda is inviting new residents to their salon for one free service. This package also includes an assortment of Aveda products, as well as a tailored list of personal services that residents can enjoy from the comfort of their homes.
