Guide to life in Pasadena: Why the Ambassador Gardens and the 5 Reasons
You Should Live Here

NOTABLE, PICTURESQUE + THE CITY IS SMART

Life in Pasadena is picturesque. Notable for its rich history, historic and modern architecture emerging cultural + art scene, beautiful gardens, entertainment venues and endless dining options (including some of the best dim-sum in LA).

Not failing to mention, the city is smart. Pasadena is home to a few of the most prestigious intellectual institutions in the country, most notably NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory and The California Institute of Technology aka CalTech. Fun Fact: Einstein once taught here.

THE LIFESTYLE ENABLED BY ENVIRONMENT

The lifestyle in Pasadena is activated by the environment, everything you want is just moments from your front door. Pasadena is a walkable community with a true “lock and leave” lifestyle. Rather daily explorations of the city or unexpected travel, residents can easily lock-up their home and leave for whatever they have planned or unplanned, seizing the moment one day at a time.

PASADENA IS HEALTHY

With the San Gabriel Mountains in our back yard, the Rose Bowl Stadium as a neighbor and a plethora of fitness studios around the corner, living healthy in Pasadena comes naturally. An afternoon hike to the Sturtevant Falls, a run around the stadium, a walk in nature or an afternoon of wellness absorbed at equinox is how we exercise.

THE LOCATION IS INCOMPARABLE

Accessibility Everywhere.

Although very LA, Pasadena technically is not in Los Angeles. Pasadena sits northeast of DTLA about 15 minutes (a very easy morning commute) and is in the San Gabriel Valley. Not to be with what’s been locally titled “the valley.” The only thing these two communities have in common is they both fly Burbank. Rather traveling for pleasure or business the airport is a mistaken 15 min drive from Pasadena and it has valet. Again, the Burbank airport has valet and this is every angeleno’s business.

REAL ESTATE IS ON THE RISE

With a continuing trend of full-service living and luxury down-sizing in LA, the interest in Pasadena multi-family spikes. New construction development Terraces at The Ambassador Gardens in Old Town Pasadena offers a rare opportunity to live in a luxury full-service styled community with modern open-concept single-level, tri-level, and limited penthouse residences.  Offered from the mid $2MM.
